We need someone who can facilitate the morning “penciling in” of sessions for Saturday — in essence someone who is willing to do three things:
- bring a big sheet or roll of poster paper and a couple markers
- listen to the people/group(s) who call out when and what they want to present in which room
- write down sessions as they are negotiated to finally come up with the day’s schedule.
Anyone? Please comment here. It can be a group effort (a few people up front manning the schedule) and especially if you’re not presenting a session it’s a way to lend your talents to the effort.
